Since the prices offered by Stepinn Hotels are discounted, the reservation charges are to be paid in advance. The credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking. Incidental charges such as meals, movies, parking, and phone calls are collected by hotel. Price and room availability can only be assured after the payment has been received by STEPiNN Hotels.
The booking status will be INTIMATED to you within of 2 1/2 business Hours after booking. Our Business hours are Monday to Saturday: 9am - 8pm and Sunday: 9am - 2pm. THIS IS A BEST EFFORT ESTIMATE AND STEPiNNHOTELS.COM CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE DUE TO NON-COMMUNICATION WITH IN THE STATED TIME. The booking is considered confirmed when a email stating as such is sent to the email address provided to us for communication. The responsibility for the authenticity of the email address and the general availability of the mail box to receive the stated mail is solely yours.
In case the requested hotel unavailable for particular dates, Stepinn Hotels will find other hotels in the same city that are available for your chosen dates. If you choose to opt for the alternative; new invoice will be raised and sent to you, however if you want to cancel because of "non-availability", then the WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED as per our refund policy.
Upon cancellation of confirmed booking, Stepinn Hotels will deduct 15% of the booking amount on ALL cancellations. Cancellations with more than 48 hours before checking in usually do not attract any other penalties, but the PENALTIES WILL BE LEVIED BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL HOTEL'S POLICY WHICH CAN BE MORE STRICT. Cancellations within 48 hours of checking in but with 24 hours still left to checkin usually attracts a penalty of one night's fee, which may differ according to individual hotel’s policy. Cancellations within 24 hours of checking in will result in a penalty of the whole stay cost that has been paid. In case of no shows, no refunds of the amount paid will be made.
All refunds are processed within 3 working days. THE AMOUNT WILL BE SENT FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. STEPPIN HOTEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOU TO RECEIVE IT, AS IT IS UPTO RECIEVING BANK TO PROCESS THE REFUND.

Hotel Requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that, and while most hotels will strive to honour your requests, Stepinn Hotels does not guarantee of such request to be honoured.

Hotels change pet acceptance policies often and without notice. It is very important that you confirm directly with the property that they do, indeed, accept pets. Stepinn Hotels accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for an individual property's pet policy.

In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation. Amount for the remaining nights will be refunded.

You need to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking.
